No surprise that Kevin’s mom had some water in her basement last week, and we went over to join Sue and Justin in helping ot move some stuff out, throw other stuff out, and gawk at the stuff that disappeared into the shadows decades ago—like Sue’s Raggedy Ann and Cabbage Patch dolls, my Little League champ trophy from 1979, my old Doors poster, my mom’s wedding dress, and photos of my dad in the military. The time went pretty fast and Kelly was a great help.
